Natson Publishing & Creatives Publishing Guidelines

Authors in a signed contractual agreement with Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC are aware and responsible for adhering to the stated guidelines. Failure to comply too or act in accordance with the stated guidelines are immediate grounds to terminate publishing contract with Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC and said author. Author and Publisher contract termination period is immediate and no refund in any said amount will be returned to the author. All original manuscript files will be returned to author along with any completed work up to the date of the contract this does not include work that is in progress of being completed. Such work will be terminated and given to author in its current condition. This includes but not limited to the following:     * Manuscripts in the editing process  * Manuscripts in the format editing process  * Book Cover designs at any stage  * Print stage of published book Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC has full approval of finished product and must approve the finished published book product prior to printing.  All Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC Authors must be in full production within the first 90 days and ready for book release and launch within 6 months  of signed contractual agreement.  Natson Publishing & Creative LLC Authors must pay 50 percent of publishing contract before considered a Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC Author and remaining 50 percent must be paid prior to final manuscript going to print.  All printing is the responsibility of the author in agreement with Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC. All content is believed to be true and accurate at the submission of the manuscript and Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC has no liability to the literature produced by said author.  There are no refunds to include partial or full at any time during this publishing process. All deposits, payments and financial transactions are final and Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC will not be held liable or responsible for repayment.  Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC Authors will use print company of Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC unless otherwise approved by the Publishing Department prior to final print. During re-print authors must inform Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC in writing of their decision to use another print company outside of Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC Publishing.  After three months of inactivity from author, Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC reserves the right to terminate publishing contract upon two attempts to communicate with author.  The publishing contract covers four consults within the 90 day contract additional consults will be billed at a $250 per hour rate to the author for a one hour consult. All advertisement media of the published book will be at the expense of the author in contract with Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC; all advertising media must be approved by the Publishing Department of Natson Publishing & Creatives LLC.
